Gars Gras is the newest burger spot in Brussels, located in the Quartier du Châtelain.

They focus on greasy, yet good (fast) food to be had between friends. They business is all about being simple, avoiding the fuss and complicated. It’s easy and chill.

The origin of the name comes from the food itself. ‘Gars Gras’, translated to English, means ‘Greasy Guys’. It represents for your greasy hands, the greasy plates, the greasy good. The logotype is also inspired by the food, drawing from the visual of the sauces to create organic forms, letters blending into each other.

The brand’s Pickle Green leads the way and imposes itself. It’s ownable and confident, as are the founders of Gars Gras, yet quirky and not for everyone (as are pickles).
